Continued responsibilities from the Senior Graphic Designer role. Added several responsibilities regarding management and project ideation and creation. Increased involvement in representing the brand to our worldwide audience.

SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

BYU-Pathway Worldwide (April 2017 — April 2022)
Work as head creative for the worldwide organization. Manage a team of designers and interns. Coordinate with multiple teams for video production. Adapted and improved upon an existing brand. Built out an extensive brand style guide. Improved the user and visual experience across primary online marketing presence.

Created marketing and recruitment materials both for print and online. Worked closely with a team of student designers. Met with other departments on campus to deliver marketing materials based upon their needs.

Instructed a small class of 10 individuals the basics of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator using creative projects that challenged the students to break out of their comfort zone.
